2. Services Overview

ALEXA Online Classes provides online courses focused on English language learning, including but not limited to:

• English Grammar
• Spoken English
• Vocabulary

We offer free courses alongside Prime Classes, which are available on a pay-per-class basis.

3. User Responsibilities

• Registration: All learners must register on our platform to access live classes. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected during all classes. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of your access.
• Technology Requirements: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and suitable equipment. ALEXA Online Classes is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s end.

4. Registration Terms and Conditions

• All live classes will be held on Google Meet.
• A stable and reliable internet connection is necessary.
• Attend classes from a quiet environment with minimal background noise.
• Always use good-quality earphones or headphones for better audio quality.
• Cameras must remain turned off during live classes to respect privacy.
• Regular attendance is expected. If you are unable to attend, inform the teacher or mentor in advance.
• Punctuality is required. Late entries disrupt the session and may not be allowed.
• Active participation is encouraged during classes.
• No recording or sharing class content without explicit permission.
• Complete assigned homework and exercises on time.
• Class scheduling is flexible but subject to availability of teachers and mentors.
• Providing false or invalid information during registration will result in disqualification.

5. Registration and Booking Policy

• Demo Class Requirement: First-time learners must book a Demo Class before proceeding with regular classes.
• One-Time Registration: Registration is required only once. The same registration number applies to both Free and Prime classes.
• Booking: Book classes only when sure you can attend. Bookings close 15 minutes before the session starts.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Allowed up to 2 hours before class. Late cancellations may not be honored.

6. Prime Classes (Paid Services)

• Payments are accepted only via UPI methods like PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BharatPe.
• UPI QR codes will be shared only after the class. No prepayments.
• No refunds for attended classes. Overpayment issues will be resolved upon request.

7. Free Courses

Free courses are available at no cost but do not guarantee specific results.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Our website may contain links to external sites. ALEXA Online Classes is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Limitation of Liability
